Simple modification of the new electric donkey rain cover

I previously wrote about a rain cover.
I ordered another set of rain covers.
My electric scooter has a trunk that can hold two full helmets.
It blocks the area at the back of the seat where ropes can be tied.
Upon observation, I found that I can secure it on the metal hollow frame that fixes the trunk at both ends.
I had previously bought a rain cover and found the buckle design unreasonable.
I bought a snap fastener installer and snaps.
I can also use it to install snaps on clothes for children.
By the way, my wife bought a lot of fabric and children's clothing samples, saying she wanted to make clothes herself.
Actually, she hasn't made much.
In the end, she just made simple pillowcases and the like.

I removed the original snaps.
The rope that was originally supposed to have snaps can still be reused.
Then I folded it in half to make two small snap loops.
After the modification, as shown in the picture.

My seat bag is relatively large.
It barely covers everything.
Overall, there have been many upgrades; previously, there were no ropes at all.
This time, the cover is a size larger than before.
It even has a hole for the handle; my previous one didn't have a dedicated hole for the handle.
The fixed snaps used to have only one pair; this time, there are three pairs, plus two pairs for the padding, totaling five pairs.
The previous rain cover was used for 2.5 years.
The color has faded.
The edge stitching at the end is a bit loose.
Everything else is fine.
Originally, I planned to connect the old snaps with the new seat cushion part.
I found that the sizes of the snaps were different.
I need to add two pairs.
Thinking about it, I might as well just use all new ones.
The old ones can be kept as spares.

I forgot to take pictures in the rain, so I'll use the official website's images.
There is only one rope at the back; my trunk just happens to block it, so I can only modify it.
The new one has a hole for the handle, so I can directly pull the handle out from the hole, which is pretty good.
