Failure to Install Docker on Windows 2018 LTSC#
First, install the Windows App Store.
The 2019 version can be used directly.

Then install WSL.
Install Docker.

ActivityPub Plugin Offline#
I used the plugin and Friend.
Using @ my other planet account had no effect, but @ me from other planets seemed effective, one-way. I suspect there is a problem with my server, possibly due to magical issues.
Since the main communication function has problems, I will keep the plugin but disable it. I will observe the situation later.
