Zhuge Liang Angers Zhou Yu Three Times

Introduction#

In reality, Zhou Yu had a great capacity for tolerance. After Sun Ce passed away, he assisted Sun Quan alongside Zhang Zhao. To gauge a person's capacity for tolerance, one should observe their reactions to small matters. Aside from the stories from the author of the Three Kingdoms, there are few mentions of Zhou Yu being petty. The borrowing of arrows with straw boats was Sun Quan's idea, which led to Cao Cao's saying that a son should be like Sun Zhongmou. During the Three Kingdoms era, reputation was highly valued. Ni Heng scolded Cao Cao while bare-chested, and Cao Cao had to pretend to be magnanimous. Just like today, openly they might not confront you, but secretly they will undermine you.

It's like the boats in Vietnam; the engines are washed with laundry detergent, and the water in Vietnam is choked by China's water conservancy dams. On the surface, everything must appear harmonious. If you refuse, they will find a way to pressure you.

When encountering certain individuals, if they have held a position of authority or something similar, and they can't argue with you, they may try to silence you. If you speak up, they get angry and refuse to accept it, but they can't counter your arguments. Then they resort to using their power against you, creating issues to trouble you, or even fabricating non-issues to harass you.

Property Management#

Property management is generally the best at handling such anger-related issues. For example, if you feel that the upstairs is noisy, with children running around, and you happen to have children too, the property management won't directly help you solve the problem. Instead, they will say that your downstairs neighbors often complain about your children being noisy, and they frequently counsel your downstairs neighbors. You don’t have children, right? There must be other issues, like taking a shower, watching TV, or other activities; as long as there are living people, there will definitely be noise. The soundproofing in these buildings is notoriously poor. Property management uses others' complaints to attack you. In the end, the result is that no one wants to approach property management anymore; some go directly to confront them or even call the police. When the police arrive, they can measure the noise levels, which may not reflect the reality, just like the barbecue shop downstairs, which meets all standards, yet you smell it every day, something that can't be measured. It meets the standards.

The property management fees for the community have not been paid for two years. After the community renovation, everyone complained about the property management's inaction, leading to a change in management. The grid staff assisted, and there were two bidding property management companies—one had connections with the city investment (one of the cleaners in our community, an elderly man from Gansu, whose child is related to a company acquired by the city investment). One property management company charged 2.6, and the other 0.8 yuan, with no other options. You choose. Previously, it was 0.5 yuan. I also know the grid staff; he drives a Toyota Land Cruiser, and every time he sees me riding my electric bike, he sometimes rolls down the window to greet me. I was forced to choose the 0.8 option. The community renovation involved tearing down the air conditioning units quickly, promising to reinstall them within two months, but it ended up taking 2.3 years. This summer, after it was finally reinstalled, I just turned it on to see if it could cool. I initially planned to pay the property management fees once the air conditioning was fixed, but their timing was impeccable, like in KOF97, allowing one to build up anger and finally unleash a series of powerful moves. In reality, I don't have any big moves; I just refuse to pay the property management fees. I created a community group, which is great; many people are quite fierce. The low-rise buildings in the community said they wanted to install elevators, with a price tag of over 300,000 yuan. The first floor doesn't have to pay, while other floors pay proportionally. The higher the floor, the more they pay. Some people from Jiaozhou said they installed elevators for over 100,000 yuan, and it's not far from here; why is it so expensive? Eventually, the community successfully installed two elevators. In other communities, some people are even more impressive; they paid for the installation of elevators for an entire building long ago. Recently, the homeowners' committee posted a notice in the community, calling for a vote at the newly built old activity center to dismiss the property management. The property management side started pulling out forms, claiming they spent over 400,000 yuan on various expenses and threatening to sue all of us homeowners. It seems I'm not the only one with anger.

The homeowners' committee hopes to maintain this state, without the support of homeowners, so that they can later pull any tricks without consequences, turning the dragon-slaying warriors back into dragons.

Let the bullets fly for a while.
